The City of Garden Grove has said that for Schools, Low Voltage Data cabling does not Need to have permits taken out.  However; until an inspector would come to sign off on aspects of the construction, this matter can not be resolved. the jurisdiction is not local but state wide.

If this installation was going to actually take place, permits would be submitted and straight answerscould be obtained.

All Intallation of electrical outlets for  the main distribution facility (MDF), all intermediate facilities ( IDFs), and all classrooms data terminating point (DTP) will be  installed or subcontracted by the school district and reviews by the proper authoroties in safety.
